For the past 20 years Ms. Atwell has been working and managing software development projects from initiation through operations and maintenance. When she discovered Agile in 2004, she was hooked. Now she focuses on improving our work-lives through the agile mindset and practices; as an engineer, scrum master then coach. She coached and lead transformations at more than 15 organizations from public sector and commercial firms. Currently, she proudly leads Prudential’s Enterprise Agile Methodology and Coaching to reinforce the transformation while expanding agile capabilities across the firm.
Her education includes a Master of Science in Engineering Management from George Washington University, as well as several agile certifications from ICAgile, Scrum Alliance, Scaled Agile, and Project Management Institute.
